Almost Thanksgiving Already!!!!

The last few days have FLOWN by.  I was in Mobile, AL by lae Friday night and spent the weekend there.  The food there was phenominal, Eggs benedict over crab cake on a roll covered with cajun style seafood sauce, Shrimp Po' Boy, Soft Shell Crab Po' Boy, and awesome BBQ!!!  The ACA convention went great, I was lucky enough to meet some very important individuals in the Alabama Community College department who are working together to bring great things to Alabama's Technical Education facilities and with that excellent oppurtunities to current and future students!  After that we were on our way to Chattanooga TN.

We were there for a 1/2 day but unfortunately, everyone there was hoping we could say longer.  I really hope great things are headed their way as well.  Last night I drove from Chattanooga to Mooresville, NC.  Along the way I stopped and had the truck washed.

Today was NTI (Nascar Technical Institute).  What an amazing facility.  I think there was a very mutual feeling of awe and interest between the folks at NTI and myself!!  I even got to watch one of Richard Petty's cars from a couple years ago run on a Chassis Dyno... then I got to sit in it!!  I can say that Petty has some small hips, I was a pretty snug fit in there lol.  Well, now I'm at a hotel by the airport and can't wait to get on a plane in the morning!!!
