About me: I have worked for Snap-on for 22 years. I am currently a senior designer in the Power Tools Group. I have been in this position for 14 years. My main focus is the development of new products. I serve in various capacities in my position, such as project manager, engineer, CAD designer, test technician, and field test manager. I have designed many successful power tool products, including the Snap-on slide-on battery system (CTB4185 battery and CTC420 charger), the CT4850HO Impact Wrench, the CDR4850A drill, and various previous models of Snap-on cordless impact wrenches and drills. I am interested in learning more about various jobs that technicians do in hopes that I can develop new products that make their jobs easier.
